Scott Bernard is the Founder and President of Bernard Professional Solutions, LLC. Scott received his JD from State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law and his BS in Sociology from State University of New York, College at Buffalo, summa cum laude. After law school, Scott accepted a position working with a highly regarded litigation team. Scott focused his practice in professional liability litigation, with a particular emphasis on Medical Malpractice issues.

After several years of practice, Scott relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. Without ever intending to leave the practice of law, but due to timing issues regarding his new State Bar Exam, Scott accepted a position as a Legal Recruiter for a large, international recruiting firm whereupon he had immediate success. During his tenure, Scott was recognized as a top recruiter for the Western United States, Nationally and Internationally. He has successfully completed legal and executive searches for both law firms and corporations across the continental United States of all levels.

With several years of practical legal experience, combined with several years of legal recruiting experience, Scott has the skills necessary to manage high-level searches for Partners, Practice Groups, Associates and In-house Counsel across all major practice areas.

Scott remains an attorney in good standing in New York State, is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association.
